1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you need to cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact our customer service team promptly. The specific rules are as follows:
  • Within 24 hours of order placement (with confirmed payment): We will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Note that all payments are processed through PayPal, which charges a non-refundable 6% transaction fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund, and you will receive the remaining amount.
  • After 24 hours of order placement: A cancellation fee of 20-50% of the total order amount may apply. This is because we may have already initiated processing, tailoring, or preparation for your loungewear/sleepwear. The exact fee will be determined based on the progress of order processing.
  • Order modification: If you wish to adjust product details (e.g., size, color, style) before shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist with free modifications if production has not started. If the modification involves additional costs (e.g., custom fabrics), we will provide a fee quote and wait for your approval first. Once production begins, no further modifications can be made.

2. Return Policy After Receipt of Goods

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of signing for the package. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • The product is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (no stains, damage, or signs of wear).
  • The return request is based on valid reasons, including: (a) Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken seams, incorrect stitching, material flaws); (b) Wrong items shipped (mismatched size, color, or style with the order); (c) Quality issues that affect normal use.

2.2 Non-Eligible Return Scenarios

We cannot accept return requests in the following cases:
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window from the date of package signature.
  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or with missing tags/packaging due to customer reasons.
  • Minor discrepancies that do not affect normal use: (a) Size variations within 2-3cm (caused by manual tailoring); (b) Slight color differences (due to photography lighting or monitor display variations).
  • Custom-sized or personalized products (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

2.3 Return Procedures

  1. Initiate a request: Contact our customer service team via email (spport@creatflowtrend.com) within 14 days of signing for the package. Please provide your order number, clear photos of the product (showing the issue if applicable), and a detailed description of your return request.
  2. Review and approval: We will review your return request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will send you the designated return address, required shipping notes, and other relevant guidelines) via email.
  3. Customer arranges return shipment: After receiving the return information from us, you (the customer) are responsible for arranging the return shipment on your own. Please send the eligible product back to the designated address within 7 business days. Important notes for return shipment: (a) Clearly mark the order number on the outer package (failure to do so may result in delayed processing); (b) Keep the shipping tracking ID and provide it to our customer service team for record-keeping; (c) Choose a reliable shipping carrier to ensure the product is delivered safely.
  4. Inspection of returned goods: Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days to confirm if it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email once the inspection is completed.

3. Refund Policy

If the returned product is confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal account or credit card) within 7 business days of confirming the eligible return.
Important refund notes:
  • The refund amount is the product price you paid (excluding the original shipping fee, unless the return is due to our error such as wrong shipment or manufacturing defect).
  • The 6% PayPal transaction fee is non-refundable in all refund cases, as this fee is charged by PayPal and cannot be recovered by us.
  • The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s processing speed (usually an additional 1-3 business days for credit card issuers).
