1. Eligibility & Site Use

• We may remove or edit submissions at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

• All site content (text, graphics, images, logos, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of Creatflow Trend or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. Data mining, robots, or meta-tag use with our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

• If you believe our site infringes your intellectual property rights, submit the following to our customer service: (1) Your signature; (2) Description of the infringed work; (3) URL of the allegedly infringing material; (4) Your contact information; (5) Statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (6) Identification of the infringed right; (7) Statement that the information is accurate (under penalty of perjury).

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., limited stock, pricing errors, fraud concerns). We will notify you if your order is canceled.
• Title and risk of loss for products transfer to you once shipped to your designated address.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our site, products, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from site use. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the month prior to the alleged claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration (mutually agreed venue) if not settled within 30 days of occurrence. Arbitral awards are final and binding.
