Currently, Creatflow Trend only provides shipping services to the United States market. We do not support international shipping to other countries or regions (including Canada, Mexico, and other international destinations) at this time. 2. Order Processing Time
The order processing time (also known as preparation time) refers to the period from when your payment is confirmed to when your package is dispatched from our warehouse. For all standard loungewear and sleepwear items in stock, the processing time is 2-5 business days. Please note the order cutoff time: orders with confirmed payment before 17:00 (GMT-8, Pacific Standard Time) will be counted into the processing queue of the same business day; orders confirmed after this time will start processing on the next business day.
Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day). For custom-sized or pre-order items, the processing time may be extended, and the specific timeline will be clearly stated on the corresponding product detail page. If you have a specific deadline for receiving your order, please leave a note in the comment section during checkout or contact our customer service to confirm the delivery feasibility.
3. Shipping Time & Method
We offer one standard shipping method for all U.S. orders, with consistent delivery timelines and service standards.
Shipping time refers to the period from when your package is dispatched to when it is delivered to your designated shipping address. After your order is processed and shipped, the estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days.
The actual shipping time may be affected by the following factors: (1) Logistics carrier delays due to weather conditions, transportation congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances. (2) Remote areas in the U.S. may require additional 2-3 business days for delivery. (3) Peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons) may result in longer shipping times due to increased order volumes and logistics pressure. We will do our best to coordinate with our cooperative carriers to ensure your package is delivered as scheduled.
4. Shipping Carriers
We cooperate with well-known and reliable logistics carriers (including but not limited to USPS, EMS, DHL, and FedEx) to fulfill our standard shipping service. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on your shipping address and order details to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Please note that we only offer one standard shipping method, and specific carrier requests are not guaranteed. If you have special requirements for the carrier, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm feasibility (additional fees may apply).
5. Shipping Fee Calculation
The shipping fee is determined based on your order total, with the following standard:
- Free standard shipping: For orders with a total amount of $90 USD or more (after discounts, tax-inclusive).
- Flat shipping fee: For orders with a total amount of less than $90 USD, a fixed shipping fee of $16.99 USD will be applied.
You can view the exact shipping fee in two ways: (1) Use the shipping fee calculator at the bottom of our website. (2) Add the desired items to your shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and the system will automatically display the applicable shipping fee (no obligation to complete the order).
From time to time, we may launch special shipping promotions (e.g., additional free shipping thresholds), and the specific terms and conditions will be clearly stated on our website homepage or in the promotion details.
6. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will include a unique tracking ID and a tracking link (you can also track the status through your order detail page after logging into your account).
You can use the tracking ID to monitor the real-time progress of your package on the carrier's official website. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam folder first or contact our customer service team to inquire about the order status.
7. Shipping Address Modification
To ensure timely delivery, please carefully check your shipping address (including street name, house number, city, state, zip code, and contact phone number) before completing the order. If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order is dispatched. We will assist you in updating the address for free.
If you request an address modification after the order has been shipped, the carrier will charge an additional address change fee (approximately $8-$14). This fee will be borne by you, and we will inform you of the payment method before processing the modification. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that cause significant delays in order processing or shipping (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, logistics strikes), we will promptly notify you via email or phone and provide an updated delivery timeline.
